Land Tours & Activities
- Bungy Jumping
Kuta is the center of these brave activities, AJ Hackett with its stunning sun-set view, covers with insurance and international safety standard guarantee.
- Climbing
Climb to the summit of the highest mountain in Bali, Mt. Agung is the adventurous experience or Gunung Rinjani in Lombok for more challenging. Climbing should be accompanied by a guide. This activities only recommended during dry season – between March to September. Several hotels in Kintamani can provide you with guide.
- Cycling
Biking through the mountain trails, traditional villages and rice fields, enjoy the experience of a breathtaking atmosphere and panoramic view.
- Go Carts

- Golf
Choices of four golf courses in Bali: Bali Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua nominated as one of the top five golf courses in Asia, Nirvana Bali Golf & Country Club in Tanah Lot designed by Greg Norman, Bali Handara Kosaido Country CLub in highland of Bedugul and Grand Bali Beach golf course (the latest is 9 holes). Golf drive course also available in Udayana in Sanur where beginners can hire private instructor.
- Land Cruise
Land cruise adventure with limousine land cruise jeeps and wagons to visit Balis ancient heritage, magical sites and tropical rain forest. Waka Louka, Della Limousine, or Usana 4WD tours provide with guide, driver and insurance.
- Tennis
Many five stars hotels provides tennis courts, instructor and sparing partner. Early morning and late afternoon are the best time to play tennis.

- Horse / Camel / Elephant Safari
Umalas Stable in Kerobokan (Kuta) offers rice field and beach riding, as well as Menjangan Resorts in West Bali (National Park) offers a "Little Safari" with their horse riding. Camel riding is available at Bukit area nearby Nusa Dua. Elephant Safari is offered by Bali Adventure and take place at Taro area, nearby Ubud.

Water Activities
- Cruises & Sailing
One day cruise to Nusa Lembongan, a small neighborhood island of Bali with an off-shore coral reefs. This island can be reached in just about 60 minutes from Benoa harbor. Bali Hai Cruises offer fun beach club activities in one day package, mini submarine, diving and snorkeling. Island Explorer Cruises also offer half and full day cruises by a speed yacht. WakaLouka cruise offers a visit to their Beach Club at WakaNusa Lembongan. Cruise safaris are offered by Ombak Biru and Indonesian Safaris to visit the spice islands.
- Diving & Snorkling
Being compared to other countries, Bali is considered cheaper. Contact local PADI Dive Center, and start your new adventure at Sanur or Benoa Beach (for beginners) or directly to Menjangan island, Amed, Tulamben etc. PADI certification required.
- Kayaking
Kayaking across the panoramic lakes or through Ayung the great river with Sobek, the Adventure Specialist.
- Parasailing
Either in Sanur (called Sanur Beach Club) or over Nusa Lembongan (Bali Hai Cruise), parasailing is available for a bird’s eye view of coastline.
- Rafting - White Water
Bali’s Unda River, or Ayung River or even Telaga Waja, with grade 3 difficulties promises some wet and wild moments. Contact Sobek, the Adventure Specialist for further inquiries. 100% safety record.
- Rafting - Ocean
Operated by Bali Hai Cruise, this activity offers trip to Nusa Lembongan and Penida using 12meter inflatable raft with up to 24 passangers.
- Dolphin Watching
This activities is available at Lovina Beach, North Bali where you can rent local boat early in the morning. Bali Hai Cruise also operates this activities combined with Ocean Rafting in the north seas of Bali.
- Surfing & Body Boarding
Kuta, Canggu, Padang Padang, Impossible, Nyang Nyang and several other beaches offer a great tide for surfing. If you do not bring your own board with you, check out the tourist beaches such as Kuta, where boards are available for rent with a reasonable price and condition. Surfing training is available at Hard Rock Hotel.
- Water Slide Park
Check it out at Waterbom Park and Spa in Kuta. This is the first and the only one on Bali. Fun water park for children and the whole family with 1 km water slide, water games, lazy river, boutique, bars and spa.
- Water &am; Jet Skiing
Mostly available at Tanjung Benoa, Sanur and Nusa Dua. Equipment available for rent.
- Windsurfing
Courses and equipment for rent available in Sanur, where the beach is protected by coral reef.

Eco Tourism
- Bali Barat National Park
A conservation area in the western tip of Bali covering about 750 skm. This park also covers Pulau Menjangan, a home of the rare Java Deer. Bali Starling is one of the endangered animals in that park. Visitors are welcome, but must be accompanied by an official guide and posses a park permit which is obtainable at the National Park Headquarters in Cekik, 3 kms south of Gilimanuk.
- Bali Bird / Reptile Park
Located in Singapadu - Batubulan (about 15 kms from Denpasar), the park is intended for breeding endangered species in captivity, including the indigenous Bali Mynah. Today’s collection includes 250 exotic birds species (over 1,000 birds), including birds of paradise, Komodo Dragon, 2 hectares spectacular rain forest. Next to the Bali Bird Park is Bali Reptile Park with its reptile collection. Open daily for visitors. Ticket is obtainable at the entrance.
- Botanical Garden
Located in Bedugul, established in 1959, covering 120 hectares on Gunung Pohon. Nowadays, the garden contains a huge collection of trees, about 500 varieties of orchid, and rich of bird life.
- Sangeh and Ubud Monkey Forest
Located near Sangeh and Ubud village. Major attraction is the hordes of Balinese monkeys inhabiting trees and temples. Visitors should aware because the monkeys are attracted to shinny stuffs, such as camera, jewelry, watches etc. Before setting off, make sure that you left anything behind.
